John School
In what sounds like a new program to Washington, Tacoma and Lakewood have collaborated to start a school for local johns. As I’d imagine, humiliation and education seem like good punishments for their crime. The police claim that other programs nationwide have had recidivism rates of about 3%, which is just fantastic. However, it could just mean that I’ll be seeing some of them in Seattle more frequently.
