Changing Ethics
Peter Callaghan wrote an article in yesterday’s Tacoma News-Tribune about the work of Washington State Bar Association‘s Ethics 2003 Committee. Peter also links up Doug Shafer’s site with extensive coverage of the proposed changes and opinions on those changes.
I’ve read enough of the two scholarly pages to realize I have nothing to contribute; Peter’s article does a fair job of introducing the issues under discussion.
