Look For More
I apologize for being slow to post recently – it certainly isn’t for a lack of interesting legal cases going on at the moment. Things that have caught my eye recently: Washington’s sex offender incarceration rules, Kitsap County’s Economic Development Council claiming what seems to be an Executive Privilege related to NASCAR track negotiations, Prof. Steve Calandrillo’s Op-Ed on the New London decision, the “Stripper-gate” indictments in Seattle. And those are just off the top of my head. Hopefully, I’ll clear my work related backlog soon and will have to flesh out the details on those examples soon.
